Dr. Ian H. Rutkofsky, M.D. is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN). He is a psychiatrist, author, neuroscientist, professor and the Medical Director at Covenant Psychiatric & Mental Health Services, directing the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) / Mobile Treatment Service (MTS) team.

Dr. Rutkofsky completed his residency training in General Psychiatry at Aventura Hospital, in Miami, FL where he was appointed as the chief resident for two years. In addition, he completed his intern residency in Primary Care at Mercer University in Macon, GA.

Director of Clinical Services at Covenant Psychiatric and Mental Health Services. She is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and has over decade years of experience in her field of study. She specializes in managing adults, adolescents, and children with acute and chronic psychiatric disorders. She is very passionate and personable and always seeks the best treatment options and outcomes for her patients. At her leisure, she enjoys traveling, reading, and singing.

Mr. Segun Oyebode is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with experience in inpatient and outpatient settings. He is a graduate of Howard and Walden Universities. Mr. Oyebode treats adults and children across the lifespan. His goal is to help eradicate mental health stigmas, which he carries out with passion and dignity.

Ms. Regina Afriyie is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in adults and children; She is a graduate of Walden University. Ms. Regina, as she is fondly called, is caring and empathetic toward her patients. Her goal at every visit is to ascertain/boost her patients' morale and self-worth.
